Q: What sort of apartments and amenities are available?
A: Wilshire Place offers One Bedroom and Two Bedrooms apartments, with individual heating/air conditioning controls, Each apartment features a kitchenette, private full bath with elder-friendly showers, fire sprinkler protection, emergency call system, basic satellite TV, telephone, and high-speed internet available.

All residents have access to the community amenities, such as the dining room, beauty and barber salon, library/computer center, activity and recreation rooms, fitness center, big-screen TV lounge, craft/activity room and numerous common spaces and amenities throughout the campus.

Q: What if my health changes and I need personal assistance?
A: Wilshire Place Assisted Living can accommodate residents requiring personal care assistance which may include medication monitoring, grooming and bathing assistance, 'round-the-clock well-being monitoring, personal laundry, and stand-by or hands-on assistance with one or more of the activities of daily living. Basic services in assisted living include a 24-hour staffing and emergency response system, three meals per day, weekly housekeeping and linen service, planned activities and scheduled transportation. Q: What are the rates at Wilshire Place, lease terms?
A: Wilshire Place is a rental retirement community. All apartments are rented under a month to month lease with 30 day notice of termination, but you have the right to cancel at anytime with a 30 day notice.

Q: Sounds Great! How do I sign up?
A: Please call 806-793-1616 to schedule a tour, or for a presentation of the community and available units. Select your apartment today and make a fully refundable reservation deposit of $1,000. If for any reason you do not move in to Wilshire Place, your deposit will be promptly refunded.
